Supreme Court of North Carolina to Hold Court in Edenton

On Tuesday, May 9, 2017 the Supreme Court of North Carolina will hold court in the historic 1767 Chowan County Courthouse. The Courthouse was the first courthouse in North Carolina and is celebrating its 250th Anniversary. The Supreme Court, the highest court in North Carolina, will hear two cases, State v. Mario Andrette McNeill and Wray v. the City of Greensboro. The public is invited to attend, but seating is limited.
